提示词开头的 REFERENCES 引用了 4 张参考:sculptor(雕塑家,含第 1 镜的低机位构图)、bust(黏土半身像)、studio(工作室多格场景图)、woman(回忆里的女人 Sarah)。
结构:REFERENCES(每张参考取什么、不取什么)→ 一句话剧情 → GLOBAL SETTINGS(26 镜头、轴线、机位、景别上限、现在与回忆两种画质、禁止配乐)→ 场景地图与人物 → 按秒写的 26 镜分镜表 → 音效与四句台词 → 物理与一致性规则 → 风格锁定。

REFERENCES
sculptor — THE SCULPTOR. Take: face, thin metal glasses, damp dark-brown wavy hair, stubble with grey threads, muscular build, sleeveless charcoal-brown t-shirt, glossy black vinyl bib overalls, wet clay on hands and forearms, and the low-angle framing for shot 1. Do not take: the palette knife in his hand — he holds no tool, only the sheet; the blurred white relief panel.
bust — THE BUST. Take: the exact clay sculpture — female head and shoulders cut at the upper chest, eyes closed, face tilted slightly up, full lips, loose updo with thin strands beside the face, soft grey-brown clay with fine cracks and tool marks. Do not take: the grey backdrop, the panel layout. Scale: THE BUST is exactly life-size — its head and face are the size of a real adult woman's, slightly smaller than THE SCULPTOR's head, never larger. It always stands on the tall sculpting pedestal from THE STUDIO.
studio — THE STUDIO. Take: architecture, colors, props and their positions. Do not take: the short-curly-haired bust in these frames — that place is always THE BUST; ignore the grid and dividers.
woman — THE WOMAN, named Sarah. Take: face, eyes, hair, skin, black sleeveless V-neck dress, small gold hoop earrings. Do not take: the backdrop and panel layout.
SCENE ESSENCE
A sculptor unveils the clay bust of the woman he lost; his thumb on her clay lips throws him into Super 8 memories of their love, and he returns to rest his forehead against hers.
GLOBAL SETTINGS
About 24 seconds. Fast rhythmic cinematic montage of 26 short shots. Editing: cut on action, alternate shot sizes and angles, never two consecutive shots of the same size and angle. Axis: in the studio THE SCULPTOR is always screen left, THE BUST screen right; the camera never crosses this line.
Camera: extreme low angles, over-the-shoulder shots, blurred foreground with focus behind, rack focus, slow orbits, macro inserts; handheld only in flashbacks.
Shot size limit: the widest shot is a medium close-up. No wide shots, no full-body shots, no establishing shots.
Present day: crisp digital cinema image, shallow depth of field, cool skylight mixed with the warm pool of the desk lamp, deep contrast, bottle-green and plum tones.
Flashbacks: vintage Super 8 — heavy grain, gate weave, halation, orange light leaks, faded warm color, flicker. Present day never has grain; flashbacks always do.
AUDIO RULE: absolutely no music of any kind — no score, no background music, no piano, no strings, no ambient pads, no club music. The audio is only sound effects and the four spoken lines.
Exclusions: no voiceover, no narration, no speech in the present day, no subtitles, no on-screen text, no split screen, no grid, no face or hand deformation, no extra fingers, no character swapping.
LOCATION MAP (THE STUDIO)
Foreground: wooden workbench with brush jars, lumps of wet clay, a black desk lamp with warm light, an old faded photograph of THE WOMAN near the lamp. Center: tall pedestal with THE BUST, a wooden stool. Background: bottle-green panelling, deep plum sloping ceiling, angled skylight, white sheets draped in the corners.
CHARACTERS
THE SCULPTOR (present): man around 40, true micro-pores, sweat sheen, blue-grey eyes behind thin glasses; quiet focused gaze holding back pain; heavy deliberate movements.
THE SCULPTOR (flashbacks): the same man ten years younger, no glasses, short stubble, dark button-up shirt with rolled sleeves, no clay.
THE WOMAN (flashbacks only): woman around 30, faint freckles, green-hazel eyes, full muted-rose lips; playful, certain gaze; long dark-brown wavy hair that swings on every turn; black V-neck dress, gold hoops.
Do not interchange appearances, clothing, actions or lines. Glasses only in the present day.
SHOT LIST
HOOK
1 (0–1 s) Extreme low angle as in the THE SCULPTOR reference: he sits on the stool looking down into the lens, arm thrust toward camera; his clay-covered fist is empty of tools and clenches a thick bunched fold of the white canvas sheet that covers THE BUST in the blurred foreground. He yanks the sheet hard toward himself.
2 (1–1.5 s) The sheet whips across the lens and fills the frame with rippling white fabric and motion blur — a whip transition.
3 (1.5–2.5 s) Low angle on THE BUST: the last corner of the sheet drags off the clay lips and chin and slides out of frame; skylight falls on the closed eyes; slow orbit begins.
THE WORK
4 (2.5–3.5 s) Over-the-shoulder from behind THE BUST, blurred clay hair in the foreground, focus on THE SCULPTOR's face as he pushes his glasses up with the back of his clay-covered wrist.
5 (3.5–4.3 s) Macro: his wet thumb presses into the soft clay of her cheekbone and smooths it upward; the clay yields and holds the new curve with a glossy wet sheen.
6 (4.3–5.2 s) Low angle from pedestal height, the clay collarbone blurred in the foreground: his open palm glides slowly up the clay neck of THE BUST, his face above in sharp focus, eyes following his hand.
7 (5.2–6.5 s) Slow orbit around THE BUST at eye level; rack focus from the clay hair to his eyes as his fingers smooth the hair at her temple.
8 (6.5–7.3 s) Macro: his fingers knead a lump of wet clay, it squeezes out between the knuckles with a wet sheen.
9 (7.3–8 s) Close-up of his profile through the blurred warm glow of the desk lamp in the foreground; jaw tight.
THE TOUCH
10 (8–9 s) Close two-shot in profile, their faces a hand's width apart and in natural human proportion; he slowly lifts his thumb to her mouth; slow push in.
11 (9–9.7 s) Extreme close-up of his eyes behind the glasses: the eyelids drop, the skylight reflects in the lenses.
12 (9.7–10.5 s) Macro: his clay-coated thumb slowly glides along the clay lower lip from one corner to the other, the soft clay yielding slightly under the pad of the thumb.
FLASHBACKS (Super 8, handheld)
13 (10.5–11.3 s) Match cut on action, same macro framing: the same thumb, now clean, continues the same slow glide across THE WOMAN's real lower lip; her lips part into a smile; an orange light leak flares across.
14 (11.3–12.2 s) Crowded nightclub, red and blue light through haze: over the younger SCULPTOR's blurred shoulder, THE WOMAN turns and looks back at him over her bare shoulder, hair swinging then settling.
15 (12.2–13.2 s) Slight low-angle close-up of the younger SCULPTOR, blue light on his face, a shy smile. He says, in English: {Hi, Sarah.}
16 (13.2–14.4 s) Close-up of THE WOMAN, red light raking across her face, a slow knowing smile. She says, in English, playful: {Hey, handsome.} and breaks into a soft laugh.
17 (14.4–15.2 s) Summer park at golden hour: low tracking shot at hip height beside them walking, sun flaring between their bodies; she laughs and bumps his shoulder.
18 (15.2–15.8 s) Close-up: their hands brush, then the fingers interlock, sun glowing behind.
19 (15.8–16.9 s) Medium close-up: she walks backward ahead of him, pulling him by the hand, hair lit gold. She says, laughing: {Come on, slowpoke!}
20 (16.9–18.2 s) Slow orbit around them: she pulls him in by the jaw, whispers against his lips {Don't let go.} and they kiss, the low sun flaring through the gap between their faces.
21 (18.2–18.8 s) Extreme close-up: her fingers slide into the hair at the back of his neck.
22 (18.8–19.3 s) The Super 8 frame overexposes and burns inward from the edges into a white flare.
RETURN
23 (19.3–20.2 s) Clean present-day image. Rack focus across the workbench: blurred brush jars in the foreground, the old photograph of THE WOMAN sharpens, then focus slides to THE SCULPTOR behind it as his eyes open.
24 (20.2–21.2 s) Low angle from under the chin of THE BUST: his clay-coated hands cup both clay cheeks, his face above leaning closer.
25 (21.2–22.6 s) Slow orbit from over his shoulder to a perfect profile as he presses his forehead against the forehead of THE BUST, eyes closing, glasses shifting on his nose; natural human scale, her face slightly smaller than his; skylight across both.
26 (22.6–24 s) FINAL SHOT. Extreme close-up of his face in profile, forehead still pressed to the clay: a single tear slides from under his closed eyelid, runs down his cheek and stops in the stubble. The camera holds completely still; the video ends on the tear.
SOUND
Speech: only the four short English lines above, only in flashbacks, soft and close like a memory, slightly muffled with a light echo.
Effects: <heavy canvas ripped away with a sharp whoosh> <stool creaks> <desk lamp hum> <wet squelch of soft clay under the thumb> <slow breathing> <one long exhale>. Match cut: <camera shutter click> <Super 8 projector rattle runs softly under all flashbacks> <muffled crowd murmur, no club music> <leaves rustling> <her soft laughter> <sharp inhale before the kiss>. Burn: <film strip flapping> <projector winding down>. Ending: <slow shaky exhale> <lamp hum>, then silence on the tear.
PHYSICS AND CONSISTENCY
The sheet is heavy canvas: it snaps taut, ripples, its corner catches on the clay lips for a moment, then slides off with delay. The clay is soft and wet: it only yields, smooths and smears under his fingers and holds the new shape; no pieces break off, crumble or fall anywhere. Her hair and dress lag behind each turn and settle a moment later. The glasses shift only when his forehead touches the bust.
Always true: THE BUST matches its reference in every shot, exactly life-size, never larger than his head, eyes closed, never moves, never changes material, never cries — the only tear is his, in shot 26. THE SCULPTOR wears glasses and black vinyl overalls in every present-day shot. THE WOMAN appears only in Super 8 flashbacks.
STYLE LOCK
Fast, intimate cinematic realism in the present; warm grainy Super 8 memory with soft remembered voices in the past; angles and camera movement carry the mood; sound effects and four spoken lines only, absolutely no music.当前是单页静态站:视频 + 指引 + 可复制提示词。后面可以做成多教程列表、账号、收藏提示词、一键复制、手机竖屏版等。
